Romeo is the perfect name for this little lover! He is super sweet and loves every person and creature he meets! (Yes, even cats!) Romeo is a playful pup and would do well with a fenced yard to run in, gentle older children to play with and another small dog for companionship. He walks well on a leash, is housetrained and crate trained but shouldnt be left in a crate for too long. After all, he is still a puppy! If youre looking for a great dog to love you for life, Romeo is the one! ***** Romeo had X-rays on his right rear knee. His patella (kneecap) is not on the median and his tibia is twisted. After consulting with a specialist, it has been determined that Romeo is not in pain from his defect. His leg does get stiff and he will favor it at times but surgery is not recommended for him. He is on a vitamin supplement for his joints that he will need to take for life, and as he ages he will probably develop arthritis in that joint. Romeo is now ready and waiting for his forever home.
