Standardbred - Large - Senior - Male - Horse - Soldier
Description
Soldier is a Standardbred gelding born 4/28/1989. He was broke to harness and jogged but never raced. He has a nice personality and is getting used to daily handling and grooming. We still need to evaluate him further but he has responded well to training. He needs to gain a little more weight, but will hopefully be ready to be trained for riding soon. Please check back for updates. 1/31/08 - Soldier is doing great. He is a good weight and is maintaining it. Daily handling has settled him down. We have worked with him on the ground and he has done well. He still needs to be trained for riding but should learn quickly. Soldier`s adoption fee is $200.
